The tea shop was a bit hard to find because it's tucked between buildings. There's no parking lot and no street parking available, so I probably won't go back. On the bright side, their to-go bags are cute, and they pack the drinks securely so they don't spill. I ordered a drink with a coconut milk base topped with pistachio cream, and it wasn't bad.

I had a chance to go try this place as I visited the book store nearby. The staff was super nice and helped me choose which drinks I should get. The store isn’t that big but it is modern and cozy. I personally like the Osmanthus Oolong with Cheese Top. Liked the strong tea flavor! They seem to have one of those new AI machines that dispenses the tea, so curious on how they work as I used to make boba drinks manually. Can’t wait to stop by again, this is right next to the Kinokuniya book store, so if you are browsing a getting thirsty you know where to go next time.

The drinks here are absolutely delicious, with such unique and high-quality flavors. I ended up ordering 12 cups to treat my friends, and everyone was raving about how good they were. Beyond the amazing drinks, the staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. This place has definitely become one of my new favorites in Little Tokyo! More milk tea spot in the area and this time it’s Charlie’s coming all the way from China! Love the pastel-themed design and took joy celebrating the grand opening as they offered BOGO promo! Probably being relatively new (as well as handling pretty big crowd), it took awhile to get the drinks ready. We got couple of their signature drinks, Ceylon Milk Tea with Pecan Cream Top and Jasmine Milk Tea. The default came with 70% sweetness and less ice, which I recommended to stick with as for me they’re certainly the best level. If you’re into florally tea, the Jasmine was so fragrant yet I loved that the tea flavor also stood out. I wasn’t in the camp of tea with whipped cream top, but my husband kinda enjoyed it as for him the cream was light enough.
